Go to My Bookings, open the booking, and use the Manage / Cancel option. Refund eligibility depends on your fare type.
Rescheduling isn't available yet — please cancel and rebook, subject to your fare's cancellation policy.
Refunds
Refunds typically reflect in your original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
Payments
We support cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay.
